Duo al Dente is a Danish chamber music duo formed by Kirsten Lund Jensen on recorder and Per Weile Bak on Renaissance lute and archlute. Both musicians trained at conservatories in Denmark, London and Leipzig. Over more than 25 years they have given hundreds of concerts and released critically praised recordings spanning Renaissance and Baroque repertoire - from Dowland to Corelli - as well as Irish folk music. Their name alludes to the musical bite they seek in historically informed performance.
