Jacob Bellens (born 1979, Sneslev) is a Danish singer-songwriter who has released music since 2004 across several projects - most notably as frontman of rock band I Got You On Tape and folk duo Murder - before establishing himself as a solo artist with six albums. His warm, laconic baritone and restless musical curiosity, ranging from analogue chamber folk to electronic pop, have made him one of the most distinctive voices in Scandinavian music. The February 2026 single "Din historie" marked his first recording in Danish, pointing toward a forthcoming full-length project in his native language.

During 2025, Bellens released the singles "You're Already There", "Edelweiss" and "You can call me Patrick Swayze".
The solo album "Off My Meds" was released in October 2023 on hfn music and received five stars from Gaffa.
