Mejeriet is Sønderborg's youth culture house, set in a renovated early-20th-century dairy building - hence the name. It caters to young people aged 15 to 30 and includes a concert hall (a black box of around 170 m²), a lounge, a music studio, two meeting rooms, a workshop room and an inner courtyard. Concerts and open-stage nights are open to all ages. The venue sits directly opposite the regional concert hall Sønderborghus.
