Katrine Grarup Elbo is a Danish violinist and composer, trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, who works across composition, improvisation and site-specific performance. She is a founding member of the sound collective We like We, the Berlin-based string ensemble toechter, and the neo-classical duo Søndag Søndag with pianist Jesper Mechlenburg. Her solo debut "Fold Unfold" (2021) and her film work - including Ai Weiwei's documentary "Human Flow" (2017) - have established her as a distinctive voice in experimental Nordic music.
Katrine Grarup Elbo participated in the Metropolis festival "Performing Landscapes Copenhagen 2026" with her sound work "Dissolved" on Refshaleøen in May 2026.
