About

Louise Lærke became director of Naturpark Åmosen in 2025 - Denmark's first certified nature park, covering around 8,500 hectares on west Zealand. Her work spans public outreach, cultural history and the park's long-term development, including a new nature centre at Skarresø backed by a 13-million-kroner grant from the A.P. Møller Foundation.

A.P. Møller Fonden granted 13 million kroner for a new nature space at Skarresø, which will serve as an entrance to Naturpark Åmosen with space for education, teaching and events - the project runs 2026-2028.
