Mazen Ismail is a Danish poet and performer, best known for creating the art form Talte Tanker (Spoken Thoughts), which fuses poetry, performance and music. He has toured Denmark with his shows and received the Danish Arts Foundation's honorary award in 2019. His work draws on personal experience and everyday observations.
