Michael Hardinger (born 30 November 1948) is a Danish-Swedish guitarist and songwriter, best known as co-founder of Shu-bi-dua, the band he started with Michael Bundesen in 1973. As the group's principal melody writer until 1997, he shaped hits including 'Vuffeli-vov', 'Den røde tråd' and 'Sexchikane'. He now performs with Shu-bi-dua 2.0 alongside fellow original members Kim Daugaard and Jørgen Thorup, and after more than three decades in the United States he is returning to Denmark.
