About

Snarky Puppy is an American instrumental collective founded by bassist and producer Michael League in Denton, Texas in 2004. The band weaves together jazz, funk, soul and world music through a rotating cast of up to 40 musicians. Five Grammy Awards - including wins for "Sylva" (2015) and "Empire Central" (2022) - reflect a career built on relentless touring and genre-defying studio ambition.
