About the venue

CopenHill is a waste-to-energy plant in Amager, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and opened in 2019. Its rooftop doubles as a public recreational space, with a ski slope, climbing wall and hiking trail running across the top of a working power plant. It stands as one of the most striking examples of industrial architecture repurposed for urban life.
