About the venue

Elba is a staffed playground in Filipsparken on Amager, run by the City of Copenhagen. Entry is free and open to all - families, childminders and school groups alike. The outdoor area has a ball cage, a grass pitch, outdoor chess, table tennis, a slide, a climbing frame and a large sandpit with a play ship. In summer the paddling pool is filled, and in winter the ball court becomes a skating rink. Inside the playground house, children can borrow toys, play table football and take part in creative activities with the staff.
