About the venue

Hovedkassen is one of the grandest ceremonial halls in Copenhagen City Hall, built in 1905 to designs by Martin Nyrop. With its ornate historicist décor - carved wood panelling and vaulted ceilings - it serves as a setting for official receptions, award ceremonies and formal gatherings.
