VIA University College, Campus Horsens is a university of applied sciences that opened in 2021 in a striking building designed by C.F. Møller Architects. A slender 16-storey tower and three atrium buildings bring together 27 programmes and around 2,900 students. Courses range from engineering and construction to nursing and social education, with roughly half the student body coming from abroad. The campus also houses Vitus Bering Innovation Park, named after the Horsens-born Arctic explorer.
