Claus Hempler - Solo 2026

Claus Hempler debuted with the band Fielfraz in 1990 and has since established himself as one of Denmark's most distinctive singers. His solo career took a new turn in 2019 with the album "Kufferten Fuld Af Mursten" - his first in Danish - which sent songs like "Jeg Drømmer Om En Sang", "Op" and "Navnet Er Hempler" into regular rotation on radio and streaming services.

In the following years he played to packed houses across the country, including 13 sold-out concerts at Hotel Cecil in Copenhagen. In spring 2026 the single "JuniorSenior" was released, followed by the album "Ordensduks I Ingenmandsland", which has already received excellent reviews - including 5 hearts in Politiken.

Throughout his career, Hempler has received two Steppeulven awards (Album of the Year and Lyricist of the Year), two Carl awards (Composer of the Year and Lyricist of the Year), the Dan Túrell Medal, and the F.P. Jacs Memorial Award.
