Sarafina Kimø leads this workshop on fermentation as a practical method to always have quality ingredients ready - what she calls slow fastfood. Through tastings and conversations, she demonstrates how to build your own pantry of delicious, healthy fermented vegetables.

Sarafina Kimø runs entangledkitchen.net and founded 'Fermentorskab', a community space where participants gather every other week to experiment with fermentation and eat together. The community also works toward a more climate-friendly food system.
