Three researchers will give a lecture on coffee - livestreamed from Kulturstedet Lindegaarden.
The speakers are Aske Skovmand Bosselmann, lecturer in agricultural value chains at the Department of Food and Resource Economics, University of Copenhagen; Anders Sanchez Barfod, associate professor emeritus in botany at the Department of Biology, Aarhus University; and Kjeld Hermansen, physician and associate professor emeritus in diabetes and nutrition at the Department of Clinical Medicine.
The three researchers will explore the biology of the coffee plant, its cultivation and processing, sustainable coffee, the impact of climate change on the future of coffee, and the health aspects of coffee drinking.
