Every Tuesday 11:00-13:00 until 15 December, Kulturhuset Islands Brygge opens its doors to a free family playroom. There is a soft play mat and toys available, and you can play your own music via Bluetooth.

The playroom is located in the Undergrunden room - down the stairs and to the left of the toilets. No registration required. The playroom is closed on public holidays.

Note: Prams and pushchairs must be left outside the building for fire safety reasons.

About the venue: Islands Brygge Bibliotek

Islands Brygge Bibliotek on Njalsgade is a small public library that has occupied the same spot in the old part of the Islands Brygge neighbourhood since 1966. The single-room space houses both adult and children's sections, with shelves stocked with new titles. Beyond lending, the library runs reading clubs, author events, book cafés and regular children's activities such as storytelling and theatre. Self-service access is available every day 08:00-20:00; a health card is required outside staffed hours.
