Neurodynamic Breathwork® (NDB) uses conscious, cyclical breathing combined with carefully selected music. This creates a state where attention turns inward, allowing you to access deeper layers of yourself - including unconscious patterns, emotions, and physical tensions. The session ends with integration through conversation, reflection, or creative methods. Note: NDB is not for everyone - if you have mental or physical health conditions, please contact Dina before signing up for a clarifying conversation.

SLOW breathwork is a gentler approach that calms the nervous system. You work inward at a slower pace, still able to access patterns, thoughts, and feelings - without it feeling overwhelming.

In both groups, intentions are shared, body releasework is exchanged, and experiences are integrated together or individually. You are guided by somatic therapist and breathwork facilitator Dina Haabendal, who works with body and mind as an integrated whole.
