RÆSON: The Human Condition in the Age of Climate Crisis. Author Talk with Nikolaj Schultz — Hovedbiblioteket, Copenhagen
Free entry

Sociologist Nikolaj Schultz is known for the international bestseller "A Note on the New Ecological Class", co-written with Bruno Latour and translated into 15 languages. His latest book, the auto-ethnographic "Landsyge", explores what it means to live with the awareness that every footprint we leave transforms the planetary - and thus our own existential - conditions.

Schultz visits the Main Library for a conversation about the human condition in the age of climate crisis: how do we transform ourselves when the climate and landscape transform? And is there a need for a new existentialism? The conversation is moderated by editor Janus Lauritsen, with ample time for questions and debate with the audience.

The event is part of the Main Library's talk series in collaboration with the magazines RÆSON and ÆRA. In connection with the event, RÆSON and ÆRA offer special deals to the audience - read more on their website.

The event takes place on the Great Stage, 4th floor, Copenhagen Main Library. Free entry with ticket - seats cannot be reserved, and the view to the stage is limited from certain seats. The stage area on the 4th floor is accessed via elevator, stairs or escalator from the Central Hall (entrance from Krystalgade).
