When the Brain Finds Rest
Hovedbiblioteket, Aarhus · Free
How do we create calm, focus, and better sleep in a busy everyday life? This lecture explores the Neurofeedback Othmer method - a gentle, non-verbal training of the brain's regulatory system, developed over 40 years. Many who have tried the method report increased energy, less restlessness, and a more stable inner rhythm.
A psychotherapist from Aarhus will participate and demonstrate how these methods can be used individually or in combination. There will be an opportunity to see and try sensory-stimulating materials, and the lecture also includes a small surprise. As it is said: "There is no one-size-fits-all" - people find calm in different ways.
The lecture is held by EEG Institute (https://eeginstitute.dk/neurofeedback/).
