femella Kick-Off: Navigating the Unwritten Rules of the Workplace

Femella opens its new season on Saturday, September 19, 2026, with an afternoon exploring something most people know about but rarely receive proper guidance on: the unwritten rules of the workplace. When do you speak up? How do you navigate workplace culture, professional relationships, and the expectations that never appear in the employee handbook? These are the conversations this afternoon is about.

The programme includes an interactive panel on the dynamics and expectations that shape working life, plus activities and conversations involving all participants. There is also networking across industries and career levels. Lunch is included - with food, drinks, and informal conversation.

Non-member: 100 DKK + Billetto fee. If you join femella afterwards, the 100 DKK is deducted from your membership fee. If you are already a member, registration is done directly via the femella app.
