Saturday Workshop - Potato Creatures

Can you make a creature out of a potato? Yes, you can. Together with artist Maren Grosen, you'll build funny and quirky potato and vegetable creatures using potatoes, screws, nails, sticks and all sorts of bits and pieces. Take your creature home and place it on the windowsill to watch how it changes mood.

The workshop is for children of all ages - but children must be accompanied by an adult. It's a drop-in arrangement, so no registration is needed: you pay at the entrance. The price is 40 kr. per person, and everyone pays - both children and adults.

The Saturday Workshop at Børnekulturhus Ama´r is open from 10:00 to 14:30, and the workshop leader is always a trained artist, architect, set designer or designer. Adults are expected to take responsibility for their children throughout the visit.
