Secret Hotel: The Game of H2O — Hovedbiblioteket, Aarhus

The audience enters an oval room where no one can hide behind the role of spectator - everyone becomes a co-performer. The production explores water: its sensory qualities, its history, and the political struggle over access to clean drinking water.

Secret Hotel is known for participatory nature performances - previously about ants, bees, and forest life. Now the theatre moves indoors for the first time in nine years, working closely with scientists and the audience. Artistic director and director is Christine Fentz.

Behind the production: performers Julienne Doko, Charlotta Grimfjord Cederblad and Lukas Rostgaard Hartvig, composer Eliza Bozek / moltamole, set designer Aleksandra Lewon, dramaturg John Tinning and producer Christina Holm Dahl.

Duration: 90 minutes. Age limit: from 10 years. Held in Dokk1, Storesal. Tickets purchased via the ticket link. The production is part of LIVE ART FOR BØRN 2026 - read more on the festival website.
