Create Calm Around Mealtimes

Postnatal event with Janina from Feedmybaby on October 6, 10:00-11:30. The session covers appetite, food variety, and parental concerns - what is normal and when to let go. The focus is on creating a calm mealtime environment and building trust in your child's hunger and fullness cues.

Ticket price: 50 kr. + fee. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else. The event takes place in the staff room on level 4/P1 next to ZENZ, and strollers are welcome.
