Climate Café: Nikolaj Kirk - What We Eat in the Future

Climate Café with Nikolaj Kirk: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 17:00–19:30, Greve Bibliotek, Greve. Tickets cost 75 kr.

TV chef, author, and culinary adventurer Nikolaj Kirk visits Greve Library for a lecture and shared meal. Kirk is known from programmes such as "Mad i kassen", "Go' morgen Danmark", and "Nak og Æd", and sustainability is a recurring theme in his work - how conscious choices in the kitchen can reduce waste, make better use of ingredients, and create a more responsible relationship with nature.

Greve Municipality's climate coordinators will also speak and share the municipality's own initiatives in this area: food waste, ingredient utilization, and environmental responsibility.
