Dyslexia is not a limitation
Kulturhuset Bispen, Haderslev · Free
Christian Bock visits Bispen to share his personal story of growing up with dyslexia - from a school experience he describes as "9.5 years in hell" to a life full of possibilities. Today he works as a dyslexia mentor to ensure that children, young people and adults don't have to carry the same scars he did.
A large part of the lecture focuses on the IT tools available today - many of them built directly into our smartphones - and how they can open doors to reading, writing and participation on equal terms with others.
The lecture is aimed at people with dyslexia of all ages as well as parents, teachers and professionals who want to understand more about dyslexia and make a difference.
