Build a Band of Potatoes and Watch It Perform

Build a Potato Band - interactive workshop: Saturday 21 November 2026, 11:00–15:00, Nørrebrohallen, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Create your own band of potatoes here. A potato gets hair, glasses and a mouth; a red sausage and a pillow become a bass; an exhaust pipe and a chicken can turn into a harmonica - and afterwards, the potato can actually play its new instrument. Once each participant has made their figure, the whole band comes together and performs on a small stage with speakers in the foyer of Nørrebrohallen.

You solve the task in groups of 3-4 people, building the band together on an iPad. It takes around 30 minutes. On this day, the concert with the potatoes is also shown on a large screen for all other visitors in the hall, with proper sound equipment.

The game is called Patata and has not yet been released, so participants are among the first to try it. It was developed by the game company Floppy Club, based in Nørrebro, and they will be present at the event so you can meet them and learn about the game.
