Sunraker + Support

Sunraker live - alt-rock concert: Friday 6 November 2026, 19:00–23:59, 1000Fryd, Aalborg. Tickets cost 110 kr.

Sunraker plays a kind of alt-rock from Copenhagen that blends cinematic weight with post-punk pulse. The sound sits somewhere between shoegaze's noisy dream layers and the physical energy of a sweaty moshpit - melancholy transformed into momentum.

Front and center is vocalist and composer Sophus Alf, known for the award-winning soundtrack to the video game Deep Rock Galactic. In Sunraker, he draws on his background in classical and film music to write grand, emotionally charged rock compositions with an international outlook. Inspired by The Cure, Mew, Jeff Buckley, and Deftones, the band creates songs that hit both body and mind.

Formed in 2022, the band consists of Sophus Alf, Louie Sears on guitar, Mikkel Skibbye on drums, and Lasse Mortensen on bass. Following a string of strong singles and a critically acclaimed live EP, they are now working on a debut album due out in spring.

On stage, Sunraker delivers an intense and atmospheric show where fragility and noise melt into one unified force.
