1000Fryd is a volunteer-run autonomous cultural centre and music venue in Aalborg, founded in 1984. It hosts a small concert hall, a café and rehearsal rooms, with a programme centred on punk, metal, hardcore and underground music. It is one of the longest-running autonomous cultural houses in Denmark.
