Benjamin Koppel (born 1974) is a Danish saxophonist, composer, record label founder and author - the third generation of the celebrated Koppel musical dynasty, grandson of Herman D. Koppel and son of Anders Koppel. He launched his career at 15 and has since released more than 50 albums alongside jazz luminaries including Kenny Werner, Jack DeJohnette, Brian Blade and Scott Colley. In 2022 he made his literary debut with the family saga 'Annas sang', which sold over 150,000 copies and won the Danish Readers' Book Prize in 2023.
