This Porcalorca wine evening pits two of Northern Italy's most celebrated wine areas against each other: Piemonte, known for its classical elegance and powerful Barolos - and Lombardia, Italy's "underdog" with sparkling finesse and terroir-driven reds and whites. Through six wines - three from each region - we guide you through differences in soil, style, and philosophy. At the same time, we enjoy a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie, carefully chosen to pair with the wines.
