(7-9 years) Dansk Danseteater for Børn: JOSEPH_KIDS

Dansk Danseteater for Børn invites children aged 7-9 to a three-session dance programme inspired by the production JOSEPH_KIDS, created by Alessandro Sciaroni. No prior dance or movement experience is required.

Each session lasts one hour and is structured as an active universe where children both watch dance as an audience through samples from the production and experience it themselves through creative movement games. The activities are facilitated by Dansk Danseteater's permanent dance educator and the company's professional dancers. At the end, parents are invited into the studio to participate actively with their children.

The programme takes place at Takkelloftet, Operaen, Ekvipagemestervej 10, Copenhagen, on the following dates:
12 September 2026, 11:30-12:30
24 October 2026, 11:30-12:30
28 November 2026, 11:30-12:30

Price: 225 kr. for all three sessions. While the children dance, parents can wait in the foyer at Takkelloftet, where coffee is served, or visit nearby cafés such as Heart Bageri or the opera's café in Operaparken. There is a car park under the opera (35 kr./hour), bicycle parking spaces in front of the building, and the opera is accessible by several bus lines, including line 2A.
