Stjernestøv - an evening of jazz and astrophysics takes place at La Oficina in Frederiksberg on Saturday, 12 September 2026 at 21:00. Cæcilie Norby brings the concert to the historic venue on Suomisvej, housed in the former drawing hall of the Royal Class Lottery, now a shared office space with a large hall and balcony. Astrophysicist Anja C. Andersen discusses stars and galaxies while the musicians perform repertoire spanning Chopin and Debussy to David Bowie, Joni Mitchell and Soundgarden. This is one of four Danish dates on the tour, which also includes stops in Holbæk, Haderslev and Bindslev. Tickets cost 40-320 kr.

About the venue: La Oficina

La Oficina on Suomisvej in Frederiksberg C is a coworking space that opened in 2008, set in the former drawing hall of Det Kongelige Klasselotteri (the Royal Class Lottery). The building holds a large hall with a balcony, meeting and training rooms, private offices and a café. External guests can hire the spaces for conferences, courses and events; in the evenings and at weekends the hall hosts everything from concerts to receptions.

The Frederiksberg-born singer made history in 1995 as the first Scandinavian artist to sign with the legendary Blue Note label, going on to sell over 75,000 copies of each of her four Blue Note albums - figures unheard of in jazz. Rooted in Denmark's 1980s rock scene and equally at home in soul and pop, she has since toured Europe, the United States and Japan and released 15 solo albums.
