Najell Frederiksberg x Mama Flow: Breastfeeding Preparation (ENGLISH)

Najell and Mama Flow present an evening on breastfeeding preparation at Najell's Frederiksberg store on Tuesday, September 15 at 18:00.

Pernille Jessen, a trained nurse, certified lactation consultant, and founder of Mama Flow, will guide you through breastfeeding preparation. She is a mother of three and supports families with breastfeeding and care before and after birth.

The evening covers: introduction to Najell and their products, preparing for breastfeeding before birth, the first breastfeed with skin-to-skin contact and the baby's sucking technique, what to expect in the first days after birth when milk comes in, and different breastfeeding positions demonstrated with Najell's pregnancy pillow. Your partner's role in supporting you will also be discussed - partners are very welcome and can purchase a separate ticket.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served, and all participants receive a small gift from Pernille.
