The Broken Beats

The Broken Beats return in 2026 with a release and comeback tour for their seventh album, Riviera Dreams. The Aarhus band has already warmed up for the comeback: they supported Swedish group Atomic Swing on their recent Danish tour and played support for The Libertines at two sold-out concerts in Switzerland in summer 2025.
The band is widely recognized as one of the most original Danish bands from the 2000s and 2010s. Their music - which they call "whirling power pop" - has roots in pop and rock with British and Swedish influences, but also includes experimentation and elements from other genres. With hits like Essentials and The Rules (the latter became the theme song for the DR2 programme "Manden med de gyldne ører" with Nikolaj Steen), they have been played on P3, P4 and P6 around 4,000 times.
In their heyday they played at all of Denmark's major festivals, sold out countless venues and performed at, among other places, Tivoli and as support for Nephew at KB-Hallen. Behind them are over 1,000 concerts abroad and numerous tours in Denmark.
The concert features standing room on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a disability and need help getting in, you are welcome to contact the venue in advance.
