Annette Hoff is a Danish historian and museum curator at Den Gamle By in Aarhus. Her research focuses on Danish cultural history, particularly the history of food and drink. She is the author of Den Danske Kaffehistorie, part of the series Nydelsesmidlernes Danmarkshistorie published between 2015 and 2018.
