Anya Mathilde Poulsen is a Danish author, music journalist and lecturer with a master's degree in media studies and gender studies. She spent over 15 years at DR as a radio host on programmes including 'Rockland', 'Beat' and 'Radium', and co-founded the award-winning concert collective HUN SOLO in 2016. Her books 'Feminint forstærket' (2007) and 'Vilde kvinder, mørke toner' (Gads Forlag, 2021) examine gender in music history; she also lectures regularly at the University of Copenhagen's adult education programme.
