Since 1983 the choir has maintained a permanent partnership with the Royal Danish Theatre, where the boys perform as children's chorus in opera productions. Based at Lindevang Kirke in Frederiksberg since August 2023, the choir is led by chief conductor Emil Ritter and counts Prince Joachim as its patron.
