About

Glenn Bech (born 1991 in Horsens) is a Danish author and psychologist, trained at the Danish Writers' School and Aarhus University. He made his debut in 2021 with the autofictional novel Farskibet - a fragmented elegy about a working-class childhood in Horsens - which won the Blixen Prize 2022 for novel of the year. His writing circles around class, toxic masculinity and sexuality, in a voice that moves between raw anger and tenderness. His most recent works are the novel Jeg er ikke færdig med dig (2025) and the dialogue book Det skal blive godt nu (2026), co-written with his mother.
