About

Johanne Bille (born 1993 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen) is a Danish novelist and culture editor at Aller Media. She debuted in 2015 with 'Tænk nu hvis' and has since written several novels examining women, love and power dynamics in relationships, including 'Elastik' (published in English as 'Elastic') and 'Når mænd forlader mig'. Since 2024 she has been publishing the romance series Boghandel Blåregn (The Wisteria Bookshop) with People's Press, which has attracted a wide readership and been acquired for English, French and Dutch publication.
