
Sko & Torp
Sko & Torp, one of Denmark's most prolific touring bands since 1990, performs a seated concert featuring their classic hits and new material.
Palle Torp is a Danish guitarist and one half of the pop-rock duo Sko/Torp, which he formed with vocalist Søren Sko after the two met at a jam session at Aarhus University in 1989. Their debut album *On A Long Lonely Night* (1990) sold over 200,000 copies and remains the best-selling Danish debut album on record. With a total of around 400,000 albums sold in Denmark, the duo has maintained a loyal following and an active touring schedule for more than three decades.
Sko/Torp announced a special anniversary concert at Gamle Scene, Det Kongelige Teater in Copenhagen on October 19, 2025 as part of their 35-year anniversary tour for the debut album.
The 35-year anniversary tour started on October 17, 2025 in Næstved and runs until November 22, 2025 - the duo performs with a full orchestra.
Sko/Torp released the EP 'Celebrate' in September 2023 with new songs, including 'Lonesome' and 'Let Me Love You'.
Sko/Torp performed a trio concert in Studio 2 at DR Koncerthuset on October 5, 2024.
