Simon Rion is a small, family-run grower-producer from Courmas in the Montagne de Reims, where the family has made champagne across four generations. Simon took over the domaine from his father Pascal in 2007 and farms around 2.15 hectares planted mainly with Meunier and Pinot Noir. The house holds HVE and Viticulture Durable en Champagne certification, working without herbicides and tilling the soil mechanically.
