CoisBar is a beer, wine and tapas bar on Storgade by Sorø's town square, established in 2017. It is run by Anders Coisbo, a prize-winning brewer and regular judge at national and international beer competitions. Alongside beers from the in-house Undercover Brewing label, the bar stocks specialty beers, exclusive wines, and Coisbo's own award-winning gin, rum and liqueur. A separate party room is available for private hire.
