New Year's Eve at CoisBar: 31 December – 1 January 2026, CoisBar, Sorø. Admission is free.

New Year's Eve is an extra special occasion at CoisBar this year - exactly 4 years ago, on New Year's Eve, Tina & Anders Coisbo had their very first shift here. So the celebration on December 31st is both a New Year's party and the venue's 4th birthday.

The evening starts at 17:00 with a welcome drink and the King's New Year's address, followed by a 3-course shared meal. Everyone helps with serving, clearing, and washing up - many hands make light work, leaving plenty of time for what matters most. The music turns up, and the party goes on through the last hours of the year with dancing and laughter. At midnight, the new year is toasted with champagne and kransekage (a traditional Danish tower cake).

Tickets cost 599 kr. per person and include a welcome drink, 3-course menu, champagne, and kransekage at midnight. You can choose between 2 menus when booking.

Tickets are required until 22:00. From 22:00 onwards, doors open to everyone without a ticket - champagne and kransekage at midnight can be purchased for 129 kr.
