On Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 18:30, CoisBar hosts a port wine tasting featuring wines from three small Portuguese port houses.

The tasting covers all port wine styles - from white to tawny and ruby - and explores the styles LBV, Vintage, and age-designated tawny. A total of 10 port wines, served with a tapas buffet.

Anders Christiansen will guide you through the wines. He has travelled in Portugal for about 20 years and imported port wine for roughly the same length of time.

About the venue: CoisBar

CoisBar is a beer, wine and tapas bar on Storgade by Sorø's town square, established in 2017. It is run by Anders Coisbo, a prize-winning brewer and regular judge at national and international beer competitions. Alongside beers from the in-house Undercover Brewing label, the bar stocks specialty beers, exclusive wines, and Coisbo's own award-winning gin, rum and liqueur. A separate party room is available for private hire.
