About the venue

Københavns Synagoge on Krystalgade is the main Jewish synagogue in Denmark, consecrated in 1833 to a classicist design with Oriental touches by architect G.F. Hetsch. The building is listed and remains an active place of worship for the Jewish community in Copenhagen. It also hosts cultural events tied to Danish-Jewish heritage.
