KraftWerket is a user-run municipal cultural centre for young people in Valby, founded in 2002. The building holds a music studio, a TV studio, an industrial kitchen, the concert venue UnderWerket, and a project workshop where young people can get hands-on advice for realising their own ideas. Past residents have included the web-TV channel UP TV, the Japanese pop-culture conference Genki, and a weekly vegan community kitchen.
