Concert: "German-Language Lieder"
Classical vocal music from the German tradition presented at Odense Valgmenighed.
Odense Valgmenighed is a Grundtvigian free congregation founded in 1883 by people in and around Odense. Its church on Dronningensgade, built in 1886, hosts services and community life within the Church of Denmark - but with the freedom to choose its own minister and direction. As a valgmenighed, the congregation is built on shared ownership and self-determination rather than parish boundaries.
