About the venue

Overgaden is a contemporary art venue housed in a former warehouse on the Christianshavn canal. It focuses on experimental and often site-specific work by Danish and international artists. The raw, industrial spaces give the changing exhibitions a distinctive character, and the programme regularly includes artist talks and events.
