Concert: Saturday Organ - Music by Olivier Messiaen

On Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 17:00, organist Lars Sømod Jensen performs works by Olivier Messiaen at Vor Frelsers Kirke in Christianshavn, Copenhagen. Admission is free. The baroque church, built in 1696, is distinguished by its striking spire with an external spiral staircase winding to the top. The venue hosts both services and cultural events. Jensen brings his Messiaen programme to Copenhagen twice this season, with this performance and an earlier concert at the same church in August.
