Mandskor Sønderborg - open rehearsals: 13 October – 24 November 2026, Foreningshuset – Sønderborg Kaserne, Sønderborg.

Mandskor Sønderborg (Sønderborg Men's Choir) holds open rehearsal evenings for potential new singers who want to try their voice and experience the camaraderie of the choir - with no obligation.

Rehearsals take place every Tuesday from August 18th, same time and place, with a break in week 42. New singers are welcome throughout the season.

📍 Kasernen, Gerlachsgade: enter the barracks courtyard, take the elevator to the 4th floor, and follow the singing 🙂

The choir can be contacted via their website.

About the venue: Foreningshuset – Sønderborg Kaserne

The community centre at Sønderborg Kaserne occupies a historic barracks building erected in 1905-1907, originally built as a German naval school. After serving as a Danish sergeants' school until 2014 and briefly as an asylum centre, the municipality decided in 2019 to convert it into a venue for voluntary associations. Its five floors now house 20-30 clubs, evening schools and adult-education organisations, covering everything from choral singing and language courses to billiards and military history.
